Pico do Refúgio

Located on the north coast of São Miguel Island in the Azores, Pico do Refúgio is a country hotel dates back to the early 17th century. Over the course of three hundred years, it was used, among other things, as a military fort, artists' house, orange grove and tea factory. It has now opened its doors as Pico do Refúgio - Casas de Campo, so that you can enjoy the harmony between nature, history, art and the sea.
