La Ponche Hôtel

La Ponche is a five-star hotel in the old quarter of Saint-Tropez, just above the cove it's named after, with a pontoon you can swim from. It has been a hotel since the 1930s and still feels like one of the village's best-kept secrets. The rooms look out over the sea, and the restaurant sits right at the water's edge.
